loud air conditioning tasteless food
the bed sheets were crisp and white , so that was acceptable.
i was quite annoyed . the air conditioning unit was excessively loud making it difficult to sleep and the food served was rather tasteless and cold even when i arrived right as dinner service began. also , the reception staff failed to provide directions to the restaurant upon my arrival , which i found frustrating.

excellent stay
clean room great view ample sunbeds
i found my room very clean and super clean. the balcony view was great since it directly overlooked the entertainment and pool area. plenty of sunbeds were available , and the location was a short walk to the beach and marina.

the staff at the pool bar was friendly and accommodating. they provided quick service and were always ready to assist with requests. the overall atmosphere was positive.

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
chaotic meals understaffed bar
I found some issues . the evening meals felt chaotic. sometimes, i had to find tables without cutlery and clear dishes from previous guests. also, the bar area seemed understaffed. Waiting times were long.
